SOMETHING very fun and exciting happened in my little world of scribbling ‘Notes to Dearie’ today, and I cannot wait to share it with you soon.
Meanwhile, today’s reminder for ‘Dearie’ is a simple one.
This is your life…
We can live for now, or we can live for later.
The things keeping us worried and awake at night right now may not amount to so very much in the end. We do continue to grow, and unfurl. Questions do change. Perspectives do shift. Difficult moments do pass… Sometimes it is worth remembering that difficult moments are actually passing all the time under our very noses.
None of us know how we will actually react to something until the precise moment it happens… but, the story of our lives is–at least partly–ours to bend and weave as we choose.
I can only hope that at the end of my days, I will feel satisfied that I took risks when it mattered, and made my time count. And I hope the same for you.
